The “Rise to Success Youth Empowerment Program” is dedicated to helping young people reach their full potential through:
- Tutoring Support: Personalized after-school homework assistance to help children excel academically.
- Newcomer Family Guidance: Supporting families in navigating the Canadian school system, ensuring a smooth transition for newcomer children.
- Back to School Program: Providing essential school supplies and backpacks to children, empowering them to start the school year with confidence.

Help us uplift communities by breaking down barriers. Education is a vital tool in breaking the cycle of poverty. Since our inception, we have sent 950 children back to school in East Africa through 11 successful Back To School Campaigns. This year we are reaching even higher and further. Our goal is to raise $10,000 before September 2nd 2025 to send 200 children back to school – 100 in Burundi, East Africa, and 100 in Calgary, Canada. You can show your support in a variety of ways: donate online, help spread the word, or bring in new school supplies to our Calgary office for donation!
